Galderma contributes on a dollar by dollar basis for our employees enrolled in our 401K program! Employees can contribute up to 5% of their pre-tax salary which the company will match dollar for dollar, and Galderma contributes an additional 7% for profit sharing. Employees can begin contribution on their first day of employment!
