“Since the creation of Galderma in 1981 as a joint venture of Nestlé and
L'Oréal, all our resources have been channeled in a single direction: to
provide innovative therapeutic, corrective and aesthetic solutions that meet
the needs of dermatology patients and physicians,” said Albert Draaijer,
president of Galderma’s operations in North and South America. “This addition
to our Fort Worth campus will provide the facilities we need as our numbers
grow. With the recent acquisition of CollaGenex Pharmaceuticals, it’s more
important than ever to have this type of facility that can handle our needs.”
Duke Realty Corporation (Duke) was selected to construct the building for
Galderma. “We are honored to have been selected by Galderma for their new
facility,” said Blair Oden, Duke Realty vice president, leasing and
development. “Our proven track record as a company in developing office
properties, specifically those constructed to the client’s exacting
specifications and our reputation for professionalism enabled us to win the
trust of Galderma. We fully intend to develop a first-class facility for them
and move forward on this very exciting development for the north Fort Worth
market.”
